Communing With Self
Communing With Self, it is an introspective journey, and a sacred dialogue between the mind, body, and spirit. It’s a harmonious dance where one delves into the depths of their being, seeking understanding and connection. Communing With Self is a quiet sanctuary of solitude, and amidst the whispers of nature or the stillness of a meditative space, one finds the canvas upon which to paint their innermost thoughts, dreams, and fears. Through introspection, we peel back the layers of societal expectations and external influences, revealing the essence of our true selves. It’s a process of self-discovery and self-acceptance, embracing both the light and shadow within. As we commune with the self, and cultivate a profound sense of authenticity and inner peace, aligning our thoughts, actions, and desires with our core values and aspirations. In this communion, we find solace, wisdom, and the infinite potential for growth and transformation.

It involves a commitment to understanding one’s strengths and weaknesses, and a dedication to cultivating positive habits and attitudes. Through introspection and reflection, we identify areas in our lives that could benefit from change or enhancement, and whether it’s nurturing our physical well-being through exercise and healthy eating, expanding our minds through learning and exploration, or nurturing our emotional health through mindfulness and self-care, the path to self-betterment is multifaceted and deeply personal. Because this requires patience, perseverance, and a willingness to step outside our comfort zones in pursuit of personal excellence.
I AM ENOUGH
I am enough! We all have had a lot of trials and tribulations throughout our lifetimes, and for me to get this point in life has taken a lot. Going through a lot of self help books, Zen masters, counselors and here I am. I AM ENOUGH! I love this statement because everyone on this planet should know that they are enough. Whatever they are going through, we should know we are enough. it is my discovery of spirituality in the last 7 years that I have realized that I am enough.
